Everyone's UNIQUE

All i want to tell him is everyone's unique and that's what made us different. What you perceive as right or a chance to shine doesnt mean i feel the same too. Just because you long to shine, it doesnt mean i long to shine too. In the past, i always want to excel in things that i do, not that i doesnt give my best now but it's different. Your satisfaction probably comes from your career but my satisfaction no longer comes from my career, it came from the contribution that i can give back to the society and animal welfares. I find it more meaningful and more satisfied then to always fight for things that are not significant in life. It has probably reached a further level and i guess not many people will understand.

Probably it's really the workflow and the processes that tired me down. Vetting after vetting and no matter how many times we do, it will keep on changing. If you felt that we are careless, why don't you say your thoughts keep changing and you are not focus? It can be very tiring for us to change and yes for you to vet as well.  Probably at the end of the day, you are the one who deter us away. You never say no and you always do for the sake of doing, no protection and everytime you will say.. just do first lah. At the end of the day, you are always making us do extra work when all these can be avoided especially since you know the programme will never kick off, why bother asking us to rewrite the proposal for umpteen times when it's not going to be shown to anyone anyway.

Ok.. just grumbling cos morale is low in office now. Everyone just got more shit work and doesnt help when we know most of it can be avoided. pretty much avoided.
